This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference on his interview with Ukrainian journalists.
"We do understand that even if we sign the most powerful agreement, we understand that Russia can come back in two years. We just understand that, and if you and I accept it, we will act accordingly," he said.
Ukrainian negotiators group gave this message to Russian side: without any trust in Russia's guarantees, Ukraine will continue to build a state that can defend itself.
Also , Germany has stated that while the bombing continues, Putin's peace talks shouldn’t be taken seriously
