Attack on Kyiv region: One injured, air defense active
The Kyiv Regional Military Administration reported at 23:32 that air defense systems were active in the region. At 02:14, they responded again to another threat in the Kyiv region.
In the morning, the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration addressed the aftermath of the Russian attack. By 04:00, damage had been recorded in the Fastiv, Brovary, Boryspil, and Obukhiv districts. Private homes were damaged, and cars were on fire.
As of 09:50 on Tuesday, June 10, the administration clarified the consequences of the overnight Russian strike.
"The air raid alert lasted nearly seven hours. Air defense forces were active in the region. Several enemy targets were downed. Unfortunately, one person was injured in the Boryspil district. A 57-year-old man suffered soft tissue injuries to the chest. He received medical care at a local hospital and was advised to continue observation at a polyclinic," the statement read.
In the Brovary district, 21 private houses, 5 cars, and 2 garages were damaged.
In the Fastiv district, a private house and 2 cars were damaged. A fire in a hangar was extinguished.
Two hangars were also damaged in the Obukhiv district.

Odesa attack: Two dead, multiple injured
At 10:00 AM, Odesa State Emergency Service spokeswoman Marina Averina spoke on Espreso TV about the results of the Russian night strike on Odesa.
"The night was terrifying and incredibly difficult for both civilians and our rescuers. There were many fires, some of them large-scale. Rescuers, volunteers, and firefighting teams from the National Guard of Ukraine all worked together to extinguish them," she said.
According to her, 2 people were killed and 9 were injured. Four are in hospital, and five are receiving outpatient care. All are in stable condition.
“Houses were damaged and destroyed, some caught fire. A large fire broke out on the grounds of the emergency medical service — a 500-square-meter building burned. There was also a fire on the grounds of the Odesa Zoo. On the bright side, 9 people were rescued by firefighters,” she added. “They are all alive and unharmed.”
Averina said residents were under extreme stress. Emergency service psychologists worked throughout the night at sites where residential buildings were hit.
"The rescue work is done, and utility crews are already operating. One elderly woman stood in her bathrobe and said, ‘This is all I have left. My entire life, everything I earned.’ Her apartment was completely destroyed. Physically, the work is tough — but mentally, it's even harder when you hear everyone’s story. Things can be replaced. What matters is that people are alive,” she said.
At 08:22, the Prosecutor General’s Office confirmed the deaths on its Telegram channel.
"According to investigators, during the night of June 10, Russian forces attacked Odesa with strike drones. Preliminary reports indicate over 10 UAVs were used. Two men were killed. Nine others were injured — five women, three men, and one person with acute stress reaction," the statement read.
Residential buildings, a maternity hospital, an emergency medical station, a private clinic, a sports complex, a zoo, a train station, and civilian vehicles were damaged.
Prosecutors, alongside other law enforcement officers, began documenting the aftermath of the attack.
Earlier, on Espreso TV, Serhiy Bratchuk, spokesman for the Ukrainian Volunteer Army, reported one death in Odesa.
"We have one confirmed fatality and four injured. This information is still being verified. The enemy once again used Shahed drones. Odesa remains one of the regions constantly targeted — not just on the front line, but also in what’s considered the rear," he said.
Chernihiv region: two injured
According to the Chernihiv regional military administration, Russian forces attacked Pryluky again overnight using drones, reportedly of the Geran type.
Two civilian men were injured — one is 19 years old, the other 39. Medical teams provided both with the necessary care.
Russian troops also struck the Nizhyn district. Homes, outbuildings, and vehicles were damaged in both areas.
The regional military administration added that in the past 24 hours alone, Russian forces shelled 15 settlements across seven communities in Chernihiv region. The attacks involved drones, artillery, mortars, and unguided aerial missiles.
Dnipropetrovsk region: two injured
The Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration reported that Russian forces targeted the Nikopol area last night with FPV drones and artillery. Strikes hit Nikopol and the Marhanets, Pokrovsk, and Myrove communities.
Two men, aged 43 and 53, were injured. Both are hospitalized in moderate condition.
The attack also damaged infrastructure, a high-rise building, a service station, a garage, and a power line. A fire broke out and was later extinguished by emergency crews.
In the Synelnykove district, drone strikes hit two communities.
A fire broke out there as well — firefighters put it out. A cultural center was almost completely destroyed, and a private home was damaged.
In the evening and overnight, air defense forces shot down six drones over the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Zelenskyy: Two of seven Russian missiles were North Korean-made
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy responded to the latest attacks on Ukraine.
He said Russia’s missile and mortar strikes speak louder than the efforts of the U.S. and others trying to push Russia toward peace.
"Last night, instead of a ceasefire, we saw mass strikes with Shahed drones, cruise missiles, and ballistic weapons. Today was one of the largest attacks on Kyiv. Odesa, Dnipro, and Chernihiv regions were also targeted. In total, Russia launched 315 drones — over 250 were Shaheds — and seven missiles, including two North Korean-made ballistic missiles. Residential areas and public infrastructure were hit. Even a maternity hospital in Odesa was targeted. Thirteen people were injured. Sadly, there are fatalities. My condolences to the families," Zelenskyy wrote.
He emphasized that the world should not respond to these attacks with silence, but with action.
"Action from America, which has the power to force Russia toward peace. Action from Europe, which has no choice but to stay strong. And action from others who once called for diplomacy and an end to the war, and were ignored by Russia. Peace requires serious pressure," Zelenskyy said.
