Russian, U.S. representatives to meet in Istanbul on February 27 — FM Lavrov

Russian propagandist media RIA Novosti reported the information.

"A meeting of Russian and U.S. representatives on embassy operations will take place on February 27 in Istanbul," said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.

At the same time, he stressed that the issue of Russia's frozen assets will remain on the agenda in negotiations on Ukraine. Lavrov also warned that any actions taken against these assets would not go unanswered by Moscow.

The Russian minister further stated that the Kremlin believes "agreements that allow the continued flow of weapons to Ukraine are unacceptable."
