Putin "hopes" Russia won't need to use nuclear weapons in Ukraine

According to Ukrainian Pravda, in a documentary marking the 25th anniversary of Putin's rule, he claims that during the war, Russia was "provoked" and that others aimed to make the country make mistakes. This was reported by the portal Vesti.ru, which is the information site of "Russia 1."
He also asserts that Russia has enough power and resources to "bring the war in Ukraine to a logical conclusion" with a result favorable to Russia, and that nuclear weapons are not necessary for this.
Putin further spoke of the inevitability of "reconciliation with the Ukrainian part of the Russian people" in the future.
- Political analyst Volodymyr Tsybulko believes that, as long as Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is alive, there will be no reconciliation between Ukraine and Russia.
