President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy delivered this statement.
He stressed that no country should have to face such assaults alone.
Zelenskyy highlighted that Ukraine’s partners can supply the required air defense systems in sufficient numbers and quality, and make timely decisions to extend our operational range, ensuring that defense aid reaches our troops without delay.
"We cannot waste time — we need to send a clear message of resolve. We're working tirelessly to give Ukraine the means to fully counter Russia’s terror," Zelenskyy said.
- On the night of October 13, Ukraine's Defense Forces intercepted 31 of the 69 drones launched by Russian forces, along with 2 Iskander-M missiles and 2 Kh-59 missiles.
