According to David Arakhamia, at the negotiations in Turkey, the Ukrainian delegation announced the need for a meeting between the presidents of Ukraine and the Russian Federation, Volodymyr Zelensky and Vladimir Putin, but the Russian delegation replied that a more coordinated draft agreement should first be made.
