More than 40 buildings damaged by Russian rocket fire to be rebuilt in Rivne region

43 buildings damaged in Russian missile attacks of the Rivne region have been put on the list for priority reconstruction.

Rivne regional military administration shared the news, Espreso.West reported.

The damaged buildings of the Rivne region were included in the Fast Recovery program, which was presented at a conference in the Swiss city of Lugano, where European countries are discussing the global reconstruction of Ukraine.

Most of the affected objects are private houses. In general, the region has more than a hundred destroyed objects, including infrastructural ones.

"All buildings were damaged as a result of rocket attacks. These are 34 private houses in Zdovbytsa and Maly Zhityn, 7 high-rise buildings in Orzhev, as well as two schools in Orzhev and Veliky Zholudsk. The nature of the destruction is different. Mostly, these are damaged facades, roofs blown off by the blast wave, broken windows, doors and fences," noted Vitaliy Koval, regional military head.

He also added that one of the most damaged buildings was a school in Veliky Zholudsk village, Volodymyretsky district.
