She told Espreso about this.
"More than 100,000 people remained in Kherson. In general, 320,000 people remained in the Kherson Territorial Community. They are mostly elderly people who, due to their health, are unable to leave for the controlled territory of Ukraine," Luhova said.
The secretary noted that there are more and more people willing to leave the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region.
"Elderly people who cannot leave the temporarily occupied territories are left with relatives. Such a situation exists. However, the movement to leave the temporarily occupied territories has revived. People understand that this is the only way to help our Armed Forces," she added.
