
"Ukraine needs to hold on for a year": Expert on scenarios if U.S. exits negotiations
This was announced by the head of the Energy Ministry of Herman Halushchenko.
According to him, as a result of a massive missile attack on Ukraine on December 29, "there are some damages to generation facilities and power grids".
"As of 11:00, the situation is difficult in the west of the country, Odesa and Kyiv regions. Therefore, there will be emergency blackouts," Halushchenko wrote and added that power engineers are already restoring the power supply.
