Russian military unit on fire in Volgograd oblast, local residents report explosions
On the night of November 16, a fire broke out at a Russian military unit in the Volgograd region of the Russian Federation. Local residents heard explosions.
According to preliminary data, the fire started around 1 a.m. at the Russian Defense Ministry facility, which is located two kilometers from the village of Kotluban.
According to Volgograd Region Governor Andrey Bocharov, the fire was quickly localized and extinguished. There were no casualties or damage to civilian objects.
- On the morning of November 16, the Russian Defense Ministry accused Ukraine of allegedly attacking Bryansk region and the temporarily occupied Crimea. Also, some villages in the Kursk region have no electricity due to the shelling.
