The Main Intelligence Directorate reported the information.

The successful disabling of the critical military infrastructure object occurred on the territory of the Ramensky district of the Moscow region.

"The anti-drone net and the 'protection' of the enemy object by paramilitary guards did not help - all three lines through which the aggressor transported gasoline, diesel, and aviation fuel successfully and simultaneously exploded. The oil product pipeline has been disabled," the Main Intelligence Directorate reported.

The Russians sent their special services and repair crews to the explosion site.

For reference: The length of the Koltsevaya main oil product pipeline is 400 kilometers. According to the Main Intelligence Directorate, fuel for transportation through the pipeline came from the Ryazan, Nizhny Novgorod, and Moscow oil refineries. Annually, Koltsevaya could pump up to 3 million tons of aviation fuel, up to 2.8 million tons of diesel fuel, and up to 1.6 million tons of gasoline.

"Another successful operation of the Main Intelligence Directorate in Russia is a serious blow to the military capabilities of the aggressor state, as well as to its economy, particularly in the Moscow region," the Main Intelligence Directorate emphasized.

  • On October 31, Russia complained about a drone attack. In the city of Orel, allegedly after drone debris fell on the territory of a thermal power plant, electricity supply problems began. Infrastructure near Vladimir was also attacked.
