Ukraine approves WZT-3 armored recovery vehicle for military use

Ukraine's Ministry of Defense reported the information.

The WZT-3 is designed for the evacuation and repair of heavy armored vehicles on the battlefield. The armored vehicle was made on the basis of a T-72 tank, with a crane, winch, electric welding machine, and other repair equipment installed instead of the turret.

The WZT-3 can also perform earthworks and position construction. The armored vehicle is equipped with two 12.7 and 7.62 mm machine guns and tracking systems.

• The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has approved the use of the "Pernach" remote fire control module in the Defense Forces' units.
