Ukraine’s Air Force reported the information.
Starting at 2:00 a.m. on May 11, Russia launched 108 Shahed-type attack drones and various types of decoy drones against Ukraine. The attacks came from multiple directions, including Bryansk, Shatalovo, Millerovo, and Prymorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia; Prymorsk in the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia region; and Hvardiyske in annexed Crimea.
The air attack was repelled by Ukraine’s aviation, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare teams, and mobile fire groups.
As of 9:30 a.m., the Ukrainian military confirmed that 60 Russian attack drones were shot down across the east, north, south, and center regions of the country. In addition, 41 Russian decoy drones were also destroyed.
- The Sumy region came under Russian attack last night. In the Kyiv region, a man was injured in the Brovary district.
