Situation is under control: General Staff reports Russian attack in direction of Vovchansk

This is stated in the report of the General Staff as of 10:00 am.

Over the past day, June 10, 100 combat clashes took place. In total, the Russian troops carried out 62 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian troops and settlements and fired more than 4,000 times, 149 of them from multiple launch rocket systems.

On June 10, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck 13 areas of Russian personnel and equipment concentration, seven air defense facilities, two missile and artillery facilities, and a hostile radar station.

In total, the Russian occupation forces suffered 1,100 casualties over the past day. They also lost 23 tanks, 32 armored vehicles, 46 artillery systems, an airplane, 13 operational and tactical UAVs, five air defense systems, one MLRS, 58 vehicles and 21 pieces of special equipment.

Situation at the front in Ukraine on June 11 

Since the beginning of the day, 37 combat clashes took place on the frontline. The Russian army launched two missile attacks with two rockets, four air strikes with ten guided bombs, used 40 kamikaze drones and fired about 500 times at Ukrainian troops' positions and localities.

In the Kharkiv direction, the occupation forces are currently attacking in the direction of Vovchansk. The General Staff says the situation is under control.

Over the past day, the invading troops lost 79 men in the area, 26 of them irretrievably. A tank, three armored combat vehicles, nine vehicles and six units of special equipment were destroyed. Two tanks, one armored personnel carrier and three artillery systems were damaged. Twenty-two Russian personnel hideouts and one ammunition depot were destroyed.

In the Kupyansk direction, Ukrainian troops repelled two Russian attacks near Berestove. The situation is under Ukrainian troops' control.

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian troops repelled eight Russian attempts to improve their tactical position. The Russian enemy is concentrating its efforts near Terny. One assault was repelled there, and three firefights are ongoing. Fighting also continues in the areas of Druzheliubivka, Nevske and Hryhorivka.

In the Siverskyi direction, five hostile attempts to advance in the areas of Verkhnekamianske and Vyimka were successfully repelled. One combat engagement is still ongoing near the latter settlement.

Three Russian attacks took place in the Kramatorsk sector since the beginning of the day. One of them, in the area of Chasiv Yar, was rebuffed. Fighting continues in the areas of Klishchiivka and Andriivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders are taking measures to prevent the advance of Russian troops deep into Ukrainian territory. Russia keeps trying to break through Ukraine's defense in the areas of Novooleksandrivka, Sokil, Novoselivka Persha and Yasnobrodivka. Seven combat clashes are currently underway. The situation is under control of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

According to the updated information, in the Pokrovsk area, Russia lost 259 servicemen in killed and wounded, a tank, two armored combat vehicles, six vehicles and a subsonic Su-25 attack aircraft were destroyed. Two Russian tanks and four armored combat vehicles were damaged.

In the Kurakhove direction, the Russian troops launched two assault attacks. An attack near Paraskoviivka was successfully repelled. The battle continues in the area of Krasnohorivka.

Yesterday, the Russians lost 76 people in killed and wounded in this area, four tanks, four armored personnel carriers and four vehicles were destroyed.

In the Huliaipole direction, the Russian forces became more active in the area of Charivne - three combat clashes are taking place. The invaders are being fiercely rebuffed, according to the General Staff.

In the Orikhiv direction, the Russian aggressor made four attempts to improve the tactical situation in the area of Mala Tokmachka and Shcherbaky.

In other areas, the situation has not changed significantly.
