Petro Andriushchenko, an adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, reports.
According to him, the invading forces moored a small tanker near the container pier.
Andriushchenko noted that this is the second recorded case of diesel fuel being delivered to the port.
"At the moment, the port does not need so much fuel given the almost dead shipping and railroad connections," emphasized the advisor to the mayor of Mariupol.
