He shared the information on Espreso TV.

"The enemy's plans have not changed - it is the destruction of the Ukrainian state and Ukrainians, and we must resist it. The enemy has amassed reserves in another southern section - the Zaporizhzhia direction. We are talking about Orikhiv, Robotyne bridgehead, where a lot of enemy troops are concentrated - about 50,000 personnel. Currently, the enemy's ‘Dnepr’ group of troops in the operational area on the left bank has 77,000 personnel. That is, the Russians have increased this number by 15,000 in a few months, because previously the ‘Dnepr’ group had 60,000-62,000 personnel. The same applies to military equipment. In the last month alone, the number of Russian military equipment increased by about 100 units. We are talking about tanks and armored personnel carriers," noted Bratchuk.

According to the spokesperson of the Ukrainian Volunteer Army South, Russia has saturated its defense and combat formations on the left bank of the Dnipro River.

"It is no secret that the enemy has plans for the Robotyne bridgehead, the left bank. The question is how they will do it. Our capabilities are much higher than a year ago. But we need more ammunition, this issue is acute today. Our guys are acting technologically, destroying the enemy. I hope that our European allies will hear us, while the Americans are more interested in domestic politics," emphasized Bratchuk.

  • Ukrainian defenders are holding strong the defense of Avdiivka, despite Russia’s attempts to surround the town. In addition, the Ukrainian Armed Forces eliminated 1,210 Russian troops over the past day.
  • Deputy of the Zaporizhzhia regional council, Serhiy Lyshenko, noted that Russia’s actions indicate the possibility of preparing to assault the so-called Robotyne salient.
