"Optimistic news": Commander of Achilles Battalion Fedorenko on Bakhmut direction
The commander of the Achilles battalion of the 92nd separate assault brigade, Yuriy Fedorenko, noted that the Ukrainian Defense Forces managed to stabilize the situation in the Bakhmut direction
He shared the information on Espreso TV.
"I am currently deployed to the Bakhmut direction, the news is optimistic. Despite the fact that the enemy has a clear task to capture Chasiv Yar, occupy and prepare a foothold for further attack and assault operations and, as a result, is leveling the line of contact, which means that it is storming in the settlements of Bohdanivka, Ivanivske, in the direction of Klishchiivka, Andriivka, but over the past two weeks the enemy has not had any tactical success on the battlefield," said Fedorenko.
According to the commander of the Achilles battalion, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have managed to stabilize the situation.
"In some areas we are able to conduct small operations to improve the front line. This means driving the enemy out of the positions they have taken," explained Fedorenko.
