Moscow mayor claims five drones shot down over Russian capital

Sobyanin’s first report came at 4:55 p.m., when he announced that a drone had been shot down and that emergency services were working at the site where the debris fell.
According to Sobyanin, three more drones were allegedly shot down at 5:10 p.m., 5:13 p.m., and 5:42 p.m.
Less than half an hour later, he reported that air defense had allegedly downed yet another drone over Moscow.
- On the afternoon of May 21, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported that four drones had allegedly been shot down over the Russian capital. Later, during the night of May 22, he claimed that another 27 UAVs had been downed.
