Stavropol Krai Governor Vladimir Vladimirov and several Telegram channels reported the information.

Vladimirov confirmed the fire in the industrial zone but claimed there were allegedly no casualties from the incident. He did not specify which facility was targeted in the attack.

Video footage from the scene recorded by eyewitnesses was published by the Telegram channel Exilenova+.

Meanwhile, monitoring and OSINT channels reported that the strike may have hit the large Stavrolen petrochemical plant. This was reported, among others, by Astra.

According to the channel, residents of Budyonnovsk heard explosions during the night, after which a fire started in the city. Project analysts examined the video and concluded that the footage was filmed from Mendeleev Avenue—approximately three kilometers from the fire's epicenter.
