This was stated by military expert Mykhailo Prytula on Espreso TV.
He noted that the Russian forces have built many defense lines, but for their normal functioning, at least 400 thousand troops are needed.
"There is no such number of troops there. There are a lot of "dragon's teeth" and trenches, but they are not properly manned. This is a big problem for the Russian forces. They have built defense lines, but they have not deployed personnel," he emphasized.
Mykhailo Prytula noted that the Russian defense lines are fortified, but not functional and not as strong as they could be with a sufficient number of soldiers.
- On August 30, the head of the Joint Coordination Press Center of the Southern Defense Forces of Ukraine, Captain 1st Rank Natalia Humeniuk, noted that the enemy is blowing up on its own minefields.
