It cannot be shot down, unfortunately. It is only a meager international organization, not a whole NATO country. That's why they won't start a war. They'll be afraid. And no one will pity them. So, dear judges, watch the sky," Medvedev wrote.
He added that the ICC's decision "to condemn the president of another nuclear state that does not participate in the ICC" will have "terrible consequences for international law."
On March 17, the International Criminal Court in The Hague issued an arrest warrant for the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, and the Russian Commissioner for Children’s Rights, Maria Lvova-Belova.
