The advisor Petro Andryushchenko published the video on Telegram.
Andryushchenko writes that getting cash in the occupied city has become a real challenge: local residents stand in long lines to get money from ATMs or post offices.
"Since cashless payment, card payments and other benefits of civilization that had been available during the time of Ukrainian control before the occupation, no longer work in the city, routine actions turn into a challenge. Russia’s abuse of Ukrainians in occupied Mariupol has neither a limit nor a stopping point," Petro Andryushchenko emphasizes.
