Mariupol defender Mykhailo Dianov donates UAH 2.5 million for treatment of wounded soldier Yevhen Larchenko
Mykhailo Dianov, a marine, defender of Azovstal from Ternopil, and senior sergeant of the 36th Brigade, who was released from Russian captivity last September, donated for the treatment of another Ukrainian soldier, Yevhen Larchenko
He handed over UAH 2.5 million in donations from Ukrainians for his treatment in Israel.
Mykhailo Dianov wrote about this on social media, Espreso.Zakhid reports.
As Dianov notes in the post, Yevhen has severe facial injuries. He miraculously survived and now needs expensive medical intervention. He needs an American implant for his jaw.
"I decided to send your donations to cover the cost of the surgery and implant. I am convinced that Yevhen will be helped, because, like in my case, Shakhtar FC took care of the organization, searching for doctors, rehabilitation and part of the expenses. That's why I am confident. It's amazing that so much time has passed and your help to me still continues to help my comrades," wrote Mykhailo Dianov.

Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier Yevhen Larchenko sustained injuries to his lower and upper jaw from a mine fragment in the battles for Zaporizhzhia region in May 2022.
