"Lots of contusions and blood loss": military medic on wounded soldiers near Bakhmut
Tatyana Lisitsyna, a medic from one of Aidar assault battalions, said that invading Russian forces are constantly shelling the evacuation of wounded Ukrainian soldiers
She said this on the Espreso TV channel.
"We are in the Bakhmut direction, near the village of Chasiv Yar. Now the invading Russian army is constantly storming the positions of our military. There are heavy battles that almost never stop. We have a lot of work to do. However, we are working and holding the line," said Lisitsyna.
The doctor also added that the Russian forces are constantly shelling the evacuation of wounded soldiers
"Our military has a lot of contusions, severe wounds and blood loss. The invaders do not allow us to evacuate the wounded properly. That is, as soon as we start evacuating, the enemy immediately starts shelling with artillery. Over the past week, three of our medics have been wounded. This happens all the time. Sometimes the evacuation of the wounded can take from 4 to 12 hours," she added.
