Lavrov links Pelosi's Taiwan visit with US position on Ukraine

According to Lavrov, Pelosi's visit to Taiwan reflects the same approach of Washington, which it demonstrates regarding the situation in Ukraine.

"I don't even dare to judge what motivated them, but I have no doubt that this reflects the same line we are talking about in relation to the Ukrainian situation. This is the desire to prove to everyone all of their impunity and show permissiveness. I don't see any other point in creating such an irritant on almost the same ground, knowing full well what it means for China," Lavrov said during a visit to Myanmar.
