Latvian foreign minister calls on EU to recognise Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism
The Latvian Minister of Foreign Affairs Edgars Rinkēvičs has condemned the killing of Ukrainian prisoners of war in Olenivka and called on the EU to recognize the Russian Federation as a state sponsor of terrorism

"I condemn brutal murder of Ukrainian POWs by Russian Armed Forces in Olenivka and ongoing atrocities committed by the Russian military against Ukraine. The EU must consider Russia as state sponsor of terrorism, I reiterate proposal to impose EU tourist visa ban for the Russian citizens", he wrote.
