Kyiv uses “human shield”, “staging shutdowns” and “executions in Kherson” — selection of Russion fakes

According to the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, on November 24, the Russian forces launched three major deceptions. 

Misinformation: Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) M. Buyakevich said: "Today, the number of daily violations by the Kyiv regime of the norms and principles of international humanitarian law is off the scale. The armed formations of the Kyiv regime consciously use inhumane tactics of combat. They use the civilian population as a "human shield". They use terrorist methods."

Manipulation: Russian media reported: "the Ukrainian authorities have calculated how much money is needed to restore the energy infrastructure. Unfortunately, transformers and generators are being sent instead of money... actually, the shutdown of the nuclear power plant was staged by Ukraine itself for the sake of the next financial tranche."

Fake: The "freelance adviser" of Kherson collaborator V. Saldo O. Malkevich stated: "Now ... [in Kherson] at least 100 people have been killed without trial, 200 have disappeared, detentions are taking place every day".
