Kuleba gives advice to Russians who are upset by a possible ban on travel to EU
Ukrainian Head of the Foreign Affairs Ministry, Dmytro Kuleba, said that Russians who are upset by the prospect of a ban on tourist travel to Europe should direct their complaints to the Kremlin and to their fellow citizens who support the war.
