Another Russian terror attack — brutal in its consequences — targeted innocent Ukrainian children with a missile strike in Kryvyi Rih. This should snap back to reality those still lost in the performance of “negotiation efforts.”

France holds the UN Security Council presidency this month. It’s the right time to reach out to European partners at the UN, push for this meeting, prepare for it properly, and hold it in the coming week.
