Kremlin reveals main subject of Putin's February 21 address
The main subject of Putin's message to the federal assembly will be the Russian war against Ukraine
This was stated by Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov, according to Russian mass media.
According to him, on January 21, Putin will assess the course of the war against Ukraine, the international situation and talk about the prospects for Russia's development.
"Of course, at such a responsible and very difficult stage of our development and life, everyone is waiting for a message, hoping to hear an assessment of what is happening, an assessment of the "special military operation", an assessment of the international situation and the president's vision of how we deal with it, and how we we will develop further. This, I think, is the main thing that everyone is waiting for, and the main thing that the president will focus on one way or another," Peskov said.
He noted that the greatest attention in the address will be devoted to the war.
"Special military operation" affects all our lives in one way or another, affects life on the continent. And therefore, of course, we should expect that the president will pay a lot of attention to it," Peskov said.
