This is how Vladimir Putin's press secretary responded to a request to comment on the situation in Russia’s Belgorod region, which is allegedly constantly shelled by the Ukrainian military.
"In general, we naturally condemn this in the strongest possible terms. The 'special military operation' is ongoing and will continue to prevent this from happening," Peskov said.
The authorities of the Belgorod region regularly accuse Ukraine of shelling.
