Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi reported the information.
"For every crime, there will be retribution. Every day, the Ukrainian army proves this by destroying the invaders along the entire front line.
Since the beginning of the year alone, thanks to the professional work of all components of the Defense Forces, Russian losses in manpower have reached almost 155,000 people (154,530)," he wrote.
Syrskyi emphasized that the fight continues and thanked Ukrainian defenders, both men and women.
- As of April 24, the Russian army has lost more than 945,000 military personnel (killed and wounded) since the start of the full-scale invasion in February 2022.
