Over the past day, the invading Russian army lost 1,230 soldiers at the front, as well as hundreds of units of equipment and weapons

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff reported the information.

Russia's total combat losses from February 24, 2022, to May 1, 2025, are approximately:

  • personnel - about 953,190 (+1,230),
  • tanks - 10,732 (+3),
  • armored fighting vehicles - 22,364 (+11)
  • artillery systems - 27,136 (+45),
  • MLRS - 1,375 (+1),
  • air defense systems - 1,148 (+2),

  • cruise missiles - 3,196 (+0),
