Over the past 24 hours, the occupying Russian army lost 1,080 soldiers in the war in Ukraine. Ukrainian forces destroyed 41 Russian artillery systems and 49 drones

Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff reported the information.

Russia's total combat losses from February 24, 2022, to October 10, 2024, are approximately:

artillery systems - 19,263 (+41)
MLRS - 1,225 (+2)
air defense systems - 976 (+3)

cruise missiles - 2,619 (+1)
ships/boats - 28 (+0)
submarines - 1 (+0)
vehicles and fuel tanks - 26,314 (+74)
special equipment - 3,386 (+1).

The General Staff added that the data is being updated.

On Wednesday, October 9, the Ukrainian Defense Forces successfully hit a Shahed drone storage base in the Krasnodar Territory, Russia.
