The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff reported this.

"The occupying forces suffer significant losses every day, which they try to conceal, and continue to use the traditional Russian practice of depriving the families of the deceased of benefits and compensation advertised by Russian propaganda. Mobile crematoriums are widely used for this purpose," the General Staff reports.

One of these crematoria operates 24/7 in the Berdiansk port. According to the General Staff, about 50 bodies of fallen Russian servicemen who have recently been brought from the combat areas to the local morgue are currently being cremated.

"The cremation of the dead Russian servicemen is carried out without their identification and registration," the report says.

Over the past day, Russia launched 22 airstrikes, about 60 MLRS attacks against Ukraine

During the day, Russia launched 22 airstrikes and about 60 attacks with multiple launch rocket systems at the Ukrainian troops' positions and populated areas.

The General Staff noted that the threat of missile and air strikes across Ukraine remains high.

About 30 combat engagements took place in the three main frontline areas over the last day

Invading Russian forces are attacking in the Lyman, Bakhmut and Marinka sectors, with over 30 combat engagements taking place over the last day.

Near the state Ukrainian border with Russia and Belarus, the situation hasn't changed significantly, and no enemy offensive groups have been detected.

At the same time, the Russian Federation continued shelling the entire border line with mortars and artillery: over 15 settlements in the Chernihiv, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions were attacked.

Shelling of the Ukrainian regions

In the Kupiansk direction, 7 settlements of the Kharkiv region came under artillery shelling.

In the Lyman direction, over 10 settlements in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions came under enemy fire.

In the Bakhmut direction, about 15 localities in the Donetsk region were attacked by the invading Russian forces.

In the Avdiivka direction, over 10 settlements of the Donetsk region came under Russian fire.

In the Marinka direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled all of the Russian troops' assaults, however, 4 settlements of the Donetsk region came under shelling.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, about 15 localities of the Donetsk region were shelled.

In the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, over 30 towns and villages were subjected to numerous attacks by the occupying Russian army.

Defense Forces launched 10 airstrikes on Russian military positions

Over the last day, the Defense Forces' aviation launched 10 strikes on the Russian troops' military positions, 2 on anti-aircraft missile systems and 1 on the enemy control center.

During the day, missile and artillery units struck a control center, a manpower concentration area, a munitions depot, 2 artillery pieces at a firing position, an air defense facility, an electronic warfare station, as well as another important Russian facility.
