Khmelnytskyi is completely de-energized after Russian missile strikes on energy facilities

According to him, Khmelnytskyi was left without electricity after massive rocket attacks on critical infrastructure facilities.

"The city is completely de-energized. Critical infrastructure facilities and the Cherneliv water intake as well. We are working to start most of the boilers in autonomous mode on cogeneration plants and generators.
