“The UN representatives are in the city of Kherson. They provide us with very powerful charitable assistance. In particular, they provide a lot of assistance in the form of generators to support the work of the Invincibility Points. They also provide assistance for the arrangement of bomb shelters,” Luhova said.
The head of the Kherson city military administration also gave an update on the current work of utilities in the city.
“Today, Kherson is 80% provided with water supply, 85% with heat supply and 90% with electricity. However, the Russians, knowing where the city's critical infrastructure is, try to destroy it every day. Therefore, these numbers can change every day,” she added.
