The Russian army has targeted a residential area in Kharkiv with a guided aerial bomb, causing a fire at the site where it hit
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported on June 9.
He stated that several houses were damaged, and information about potential casualties and injuries is still being clarified.
"The plane struck the area of private residential buildings in Kharkiv. Several houses were damaged, and information about potential victims and injuries is currently being confirmed," he wrote.
Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, confirmed that the Russian army launched a guided aerial bomb at the city.
"The Russian army attacked Kharkiv with a glide bomb. A fire broke out, and information regarding casualties and damage is still being clarified," he stated.
According to the updated data, the Russian occupation army struck an open area between people's houses, informed Syniehubov.
"Private houses and cars were damaged. At the moment, there are no casualties,” he added.
