From a letter from SS Reichsführer Heinrich Himmler to SS and Police Führer in Ukraine Prützmann dated September 7, 1943

We must make sure that when we retreat from Ukraine, not a single person, not a single animal, not a single gram of grain, not a single meter of railroad track is left behind, that not a single house is saved, not a single mine or well is preserved. The enemy must have a completely scorched and devastated country.  Heil Hitler!"

Russia has no other political goals, everything is subordinated to this. That is why they are waging a war against cities, villages, dams, and people. Russia is waging a war against life, and Putin is leading this war like the Hitler of the 21st century.
