They are the ones who limited access to this facility and strengthened its regime, all of which clearly indicates the preparation of certain measures of a manipulative nature,” Humeniuk said.

She also noted that a group of the occupying Russian troops is trying to cross from the right bank to the left bank of the Dnipro in the Kherson region. They do not succeed so quickly due to the fact that only alternative crossings are used. The barge crossing along the Antonivka bridge also does not help them to act more quickly.

“They are moving their elite units and officers, leaving only those mobilized whom they don't feel sorry for,” she added.
