Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani, stated this, Reuters reports.
In October 2022, President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, asked Italy for SAMP-T air defense systems. On December 14, France and Italy approved delivery of these systems.
"There are no brakes... but it takes time because there are technical problems to make tools work, military command is working on it," Tajani said, explaining delay in the arms transfer.
