“It is important to collect as much information as possible and understand the context”: Austin on missile hit on Poland's territory
US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin emphasizes the need to collect the maximum amount of information regarding the fall of the missile on the territory of Poland to understand the context
Lloyd Austin said this during a meeting of the Advisory Group on the Security of Ukraine at the Ramstein Air Base.
He stated that now it is important to collect as much information as possible about this case in order to find out the context in which this event took place.
Austin emphasized that, despite the fact that Russia behaves as aggressively as possible on the battlefield, it is even more aggressive when hitting critical infrastructure.
“It causes suffering to Ukrainian citizens. The Kremlin believes that such active bombing will frighten the Ukrainian people and facilitate negotiations,” he added.
