Iran’s military delegation arrives in Moscow to discuss cooperation

The Russian Defense Ministry said that Russian Army Commander Oleg Salyukov had agreed with Heydari to increase "bilateral cooperation" between the ground forces.
"Russia views Iran as one of its key partners in the Middle East. It is a strategic partner of the Russian Federation. Constant intensive political dialogue is the mainstay of our current cooperation," he said.
