The head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleh Synyehubov, says that at around 2:00 a.m on September 17, invading Russian forces shelled the Industrialnyi district of Kharkiv, hitting it twice

During the inspection of the explosion sites, it was established that the blow was inflicted by missiles of the 5B55 type of the S-300 anti-aircraft missile complex.
