Invading Russian forces make Ukrainian schools play Russian anthem before classes and force children to write letters to occupiers

In the temporarily occupied Tokmak, Zaporizhzhia region, Russian occupiers are forcing schools to play the Russian anthem before classes and making children write letters to the enemy army

This was reported by the National Resistance Center (NRC).

"All schools were obliged to play the Russian national anthem before classes and hold an "hour about important things" where Russian propagandists impose the Kremlin's interpretation of the war on children," the NRC said and noted that attendance at such hours is mandatory.

In this way, the Russian Federation is pursuing a policy of genocide in the temporarily occupied territories, trying to destroy the self-identification of children, the National Resistance Center emphasized.

"Also, visiting teachers force children to write letters of support for Russian soldiers. In case of refusal, 'preventive conversations' are held with the children's parents," the NRC said.

All letters are checked by teachers brought from Russia, who dictate what the child should write.
