This is reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
The length of such bombs is more than 2 meters. Invading Russian forces simply dumped them on the houses of civilians.
"The whole world sees the truth: Russia is at war with civilians. The aggressor country violates the laws and customs of war, disregarding all norms of international law," the prosecutor's office emphasized.
