Member of the Kherson Regional Council Serhii Khlan describes this on Facebook.
"Kherson region. Locals report that the Russian invaders have brought more than 100 pieces of equipment to the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station. They are going to cover the sluice with rubble. The engineering solution is so-so, but let them bring them - HIMARS are ready," Khlan wrote.
