Russians dropped phosphorus bombs in the Luhansk region, killing 4 people, wounding 6, and firing at about 31 objects

This was stated by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Sergiy Gaidai.

During the day from 23 to 24 March, the Russians concentrated their main efforts on the capture of Rubizhne and Severodonetsk. In the area of ​​Popasna, with the support of artillery, they tried to move deep into the city and gain a foothold in previously captured positions, but were unsuccessful and suffered losses. The cities are controlled by the Ukrainian authorities.

Russian aviation continues to actively operate in the Luhansk region. So, on March 23 at 7:45 invaders attacked the northern outskirts of Rubizhne, and on March 24 they dropped a phosphorus bomb on the city.

By shelling Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, Rubizhne, Kreminna, Novodruzhesk, the village of Voevodivka, the Russian military damaged about 31 objects, including 10 apartment buildings and 13 private residential buildings, a light industry enterprise, an educational institution, outbuildings, garages, and infrastructure facilities. In Rubizhne, 4 people, including 2 children, were killed during Russian shelling, and another 6 civilians were injured.

The impact on the building caused 16 fires. Also, 14 settlements are partially de-energized, 21 - completely. 101526 consumers do not have light. There is no gas supply in 27 settlements: in 22 completely and in 5 partially. In general, about 32,550 people are out of gas.
