The operational command emphasizes that the Defense Forces in the north keep the situation under control and have never resorted to provocations, unlike the enemy's troops.
"Each soldier follows the rules of warfare – not to encroach on foreign territories, but to protect their native land from an insolent and insidious enemy," it was emphasized.
Earlier, NSDC Secretary Oleksiy Danilov stated that Russia is preparing to launch a massive missile attack on Ukraine on February 23-24.
Chief of Ukrainian Defense Intelligence Kyrylo Budanov said that Russia is planning a moderate missile attack on Ukraine before the anniversary of the full-scale invasion.
