Intelligence preliminarily establishes identity of Russians who executed captured Ukrainian soldier
Ukrainian intelligence has established who beheaded a captured military and where the brutal execution took place
Human Rights Commissioner Dmytro Lubinets told Radio Svoboda about this after talking with intelligence officers.
Lubinets stated that, based on their estimations, they have a rough idea of who committed the crime, in which location, and who was involved, including the person who carried it out.
Earlier, Russian media reported that Andrey Medvedev, a former member of the Wagner PMC who fled to Norway, recognized his former colleagues in the video. He identified them by their call signs and way of speaking.
Regarding this report, Lubinets stated that he could not confirm whether or not the Wagner PMC mercenaries were involved in the crime.
